Phase 2 will apply to all counties in Florida except Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.

Under Phase 2, bars, entertainment facilities like movie theatres and bowling allies, and personal services like tattoo parlors and tanning salons can begin to reopen on June 5, 2020 using certain safety precautions.
