The Division of Early Learning has released the School Readiness (SR) and Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) Contracts, and applications are due now.

2026-2027 School Readiness Contract

1. Click DEL Provider Portal to login to your account.

2. Click “Contracts," then “Manage Contracts."

3. Click “EDIT” next to the School Readiness for 2026-2027.

2026-2027 Voluntary Prekindergarten Contract

1. Click DEL Provider Portal to login to your account.

2. Click “Contracts," then “Manage Contracts."

3. Click “EDIT” next to the VPK Contract and APP for 2026-2027.

4. Click here to access the requirements for VPK

   1. In the VPK Calendar Tab, click “Add Calendar” to create a Fall Calendar with 540 hours.

   2. In the VPK Classrooms Tab, click “Add Classroom” to create Classrooms.

5. "Click Submit" to submit your VPK application for review. All listed documents must be uploaded when you submit the application
