School Readiness Match Program

The School Readiness Match Program is a partnership between an early care and education partner and the Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe to provide a childcare subsidy to your employees. 

 

The Early Learning Coalition reimburses you 50% of a qualifying employees’ child enrollment, the parent pays the applicable parent fee, and the early care and education partner absorbs the remaining enrollment cost as a benefit to the employees’ family.

 

To offer this program, you must have a 2026-2027 School Readiness Contract and annually complete a School Readiness Match Program Commitment Agreement.

 

To qualify, employees must be employed a minimum of 20 hours per week at your program and meet certain income guidelines.  

 

To offer the School Readiness Program Match to your employees, or to renew, please complete the 2026-2027 School Readiness Program Match Provider Commitment Form. The agreement term is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
