Title: Part Time CCEP and Corporate Partner Coordinator

Location: Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe, Coral Gables Office
Job Function: Under general supervision, coordinates the development, coordination, of the Child Care Executive Partnership program. This position would be held responsible for generating new business for the CCEP Program with local, regional, and national companies.
Experience and Relevant Training Credentials:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher with concentrated study in communications, public administration,
- marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum of one year of extensive sales experience in a fast passed environment
- Self Motivated team player with a proven ability to work with aggressive individual and sales team goals.
- Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat

Specific Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating effective marketing strategies, profiling clients, and the development and implementation of a strategic sales plan.
- Responsible for generating new business leads by cold calling and coordinating external meetings with potential clients.
- Responsible for the preparation of sales proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Responsible for negotiating terms and executing contracts with new business.
- Responsible for the maintenance of a detailed sales log to be presented to the Sr. Director of Communications on a bi-weekly basis.
- Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of monthly sales reports.
- Liaison with Miami-Dade County and Monroe County central agency and coordinate appointments, eligibility, and payments.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Director.
